Change: Added ability for administrators to delete other user's narratives

New Feature: Paired with the checkoff system and the new work order system, the new PM Plans system allows you to define a PM plan based on miles, hours or months since last work order using the ODO and engine hours from the checkoff system to automatically create a new work order.
New Feature: Added a new field for CAD Address to incidents, when a new incident is created from a CAD link, ResponseMaster will save the unedited address it receives from your CAD to this new field. This field is then displayed in the mobile app as “Reported Address” and directly under that is “Address Found” allowing your users to verify the address found is correct.
New Feature: Added “Enable Work Order” option to asset types, so you can customize for what assets your users can submit work orders.
New Feature: Added automated system to check Fire Danger for every TX county every hour, a system to display Fire Danger on home screen, a Fire Danger Widget for Custom Dashboard Layouts, and we now automatically set the fire danger rating in each incident at time of dispatch
New Feature: Added automated system to check weather watches and warnings for every county every hour, a system to display weather watches and warnings on home screen and dashboards.

Bug Fix: When reviewing an Apparatus Checkoff list the Required flag now takes into account Timezone when calculating if the checkoff is required or not.
Bug Fix: Apparatus Checkoff System now allows input of decimal values in ODO and Hours field.
Improvement: When you mark an asset checkoffs inactive the system now hides the checkoff from users in the checkoff list
Improvement: After you complete a checkoff for an Apparatus the system now redirects you back to the checkoff list for that Apparatus so you can complete additional checkoffs.
Improvement: Account billing is now integrated with ResponseMaster, insuring accurate and up to date billing.
